Refunds

• Refunds will only be processed in cases where a replacement is not available.

• The refund amount will be credited to the original source account within 7–10 working days after approval.

• Refunds are not applicable once a replacement has been initiated.

Delivery

• All products are delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the delivery location.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or remote locations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Additional charges are applicable for orders placed with the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.

• These charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

• No refunds will be provided after a replacement has been issued.
